Shipping

All our packages are shipped with DPD. During the ordering process, you can choose to have your package delivered to your home, to your workplace, or to a DPD parcel shop. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped on the same business day. Generally, orders are delivered within 1-3 business days.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany for orders over €50.00, including VAT. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €5.50 will be charged.

In the rest of Europe, shipping is free for orders over €100.00; for orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €10.00 applies. Outside Europe (United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland), shipping costs vary by country, and there is no free shipping.

• United Kingdom: €15.00
• Norway: €20.00
• Switzerland: €15.00

Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened. Returns are at your own expense and should be sent to: Finecto+ Returns Industrieweg 19-a 7949 AJ Rogat
